• Participants must behave respectfully toward others.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• The organizer may remove anyone violating these rules.

3. Liability & Safety

Participants attend the event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Emergency procedures must be followed as instructed.

4. Media & Privacy

• The organizer may take photos / videos for promotional purposes.
• Personal data provided during registration will be handled per privacy laws.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

• The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event.
• In case of cancellation, registered participants will be notified.
• Refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
